Billie is Ella and Louie's sister, and the daughter of the father and mother swan. She is voiced by Melissa Disney.

Billie is a trumpeter swan with teal eyes, light green hair with a lime bow on top of her head, and light green wing tips.
When she was a cygnet, she had cream feathers and remained her hair with a medium lime bow on top of her head. As a newborn, she had shorter light green hair.
